Complaints Procedure

Last updated: October 2026

Iijim Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when contacting Iijim Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We would still like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Iijim Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@iijim.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
